Nenasala IT Training Institute – Kilinochchi Claimed

Nenasala (Wisdom Outlet) is a telecentre project by the Government of Sri Lanka. Developed under the e-Sri Lanka Initiative which is implemented by the ICT Agency of Sri Lanka. Communication centers are being built by the government in rural areas to help fight poverty, develop culture and commerce, and sustain peace. Two more ‘E Nenasala’ IT centers were set up at Mankulam and Paranthan areas with the objective of promoting IT knowledge among students and teachers in the Kilinochchi District. Sri Lanka’s Institute of Information Technology released 30 modern computers to these new centers at Kilinochchi, together with 32 scholarships for IT studies.
